This feeder is intended for use by birds.

It contains non toxic or squeezed wood .

The wood will naturally skate to a color that will fade in the sun.

If you want to preserve the finish (paint) it is recommended to use a "boat" quality polyurethane varnish containing a "UV" protection.

Being outside, this feeder will require a small annual maintenance.
